Walking Is Man's Best Medicine is a famous quote by Hippocrates. Hippocrates c. 460 – c. 370 BC) also known as Hippocrates II, was a Greek physician, his contribution to the history of medicine was enormous. He is referred to as the "Father of Western Medicine".

This quote is something you can look at daily for some motivation. The colors are Pantone Colors of the for 2016 Year Rose Quartz/ Serenity.
My personal opinion about Pantones colors of the year is that they look cool, but so do all the other colors in the spectrum. I don't think I will make any other Pantone inspired designs, unless you want me to? I am always open to making work for customers. Feel free to contact me.

In my opinion Humanality is the worlds best rock climb. I love it because it's in Thailand, on the fabulous Tonsai beach, Karbi province. It is super fun, safe multi pitch climbing that is hard enough to make it a challenge and easy enough that most climbers will be able to climb, if not lead it.

I remember the day I climbed Humanality with great happiness. My made Andy had called me and asked if I was keen to spend Christmas at Arapiles in Aussie. I hesitated before saying yes.  He asked why and I told him I really wanted to go to Thailand. It was my lucky day, he agreed to go.


We where both climbing about grade 22 (6c / 6c+), so Humanality which was graded at 21 for the crux pitch at the time (1998) should have been no problem. Neither the less I was chicken, having not climbed over 3 pitches before. Andy kept wanting to do it and I kept thinking of excuses. There where so many climbs to do and so much good food to eat, not to mention whiskey to drink. I kept putting it off but Andy woke me up one day and said lets go... and we did. It was truly fantastic. We both agreed that the pitch before the crux was actually the hardest.

From there it was onward and upward, dogging our way up climbs above our grade, such as "The King and I".

You have to love Thailand, especially the South.

Thanksgiving is rolling around fast. I love the tradition of thanksgiving, although here in New Zealand we do not traditionally celebrate it. Suns Out Guns Out. When I have a silly idea it often slips away before I can do anything with it. I have just purchased a tablet so I can draw these silly ideas before they fade away. And the world will surely be a better place for it. Suns out guns out is a fun saying for those who have muscles to flaunt.
