If you have M.E. / C.F.S. or fibromyalgia you face many challenges in everyday life. One of the difficulties is explaining your condition to friends, family and often government welfare agencies too. This is near impossible to do, you don't want to complain, you want to be positive but your batteries are flat.

Listening to the radio news the other day I heard that duck boots were making a big comeback. Duck boots had graced the runway at fashion shows and now everyone one wants a pair. As soon as I heard this I cracked up laughing, having never heard of duck boots, all I could think of was a duck wearing boots.
Thank goodness I have art as a way to get this silliness out of my system. This mallard duck is wearing pink gumboots._
